Ca confirme que la insight ne peut tracter...tout comme la prius2 ( la 3 on sait toujours pas). Dommage car pas mal de personne habitant la campagne utilisent parfois une remorque.. Or la insight comme la prius ne sont pas seulement des voitures de ville.
Mais je crois que la civic ima non plus ne peut tracter.

Ah ok ... ce n'est donc pas l'Insight qui tourne à plus de 6L/100km en ville  ;)

J'aurais aimé qu'ils comparent les consommations réelles  ;)

Le site http://www.hybridespourtous.com/ est bien fait pour expliquer le fonctionnement du système.

Tu vas dans le menu sous "Comment ça marche" puis "Voir l'hybride en action". Tu cliques ensuite sur chaque phase "Sur l'autoroute" ou "Accélération sur l'autoroute" pour avoir les détails.

A priori, le moteur électrique n'est utilisé sur autoroute que lors des accélérations.

The Insight’s hybrid system is Honda’s own Integrated Motor Assist, or IMA. As you can see in the upper right-hand corner of the slide, there is an ultra-thin, high-output motor, which is powered by a high power battery and high-voltage control system. It’s a simple, lightweight, compact, and efficient system.
In the lower part of the slide, we see how the IMA system operates under various conditions. During acceleration, the motor assists the engine.
Then, during low-burden cruising, the Insight enters EV mode, resting all cylinders of the engine and letting the motor do all the work. The result is reduced fuel consumption.
When the Insight decelerates or goes down a hill, the motor becomes a generator, capturing the energy of deceleration.
Finally, when the Insight isn’t moving, the engine enters idle stop mode.
The Insight’s IMA system is fundamentally similar to that of the Civic Hybrid, and it’s one that greatly enhances fuel efficiency.
At the very bottom of the slide, we see the operation of engine and motor as displayed in the Energy Flow Information screen of the Multi-Information Display.

Les pictogrammes dans "multi-information Display" ci-dessus ... c'est quelque chose qu'on peut afficher en roulant?

En fait, je me demandais s'il y avait un moyen d'afficher clairement (comme c'est le cas avec les petits dessins qui montrent la batterie, la voiture, une pompe à essence et les flèches) si la voiture roule en essence, essence+électrique ou électrique.

La plupart des images qu'on voit du tableau de bord montrent l'affichage avec les petites feuilles et les barres gauche/droite dont je ne comprends pas trop l'utilité vu qu'il y a déjà l'aiguille "Chrg/Assist"
