"I would firstly like to again express my apologies for all the difficulties and time it has taken to have the matter resolved so far. After a lot of extensive testing and checking along with our server support groups, we have managed to establish that your vehicle's connectivity issue was due to missing country information that was not listed for the vehicle in the back-end server, leading to the inability of the servers and automated processes to resolve a country for the vehicle, which caused them to fail or get stuck. We have since located the car in the back-end database and have corrected the record so that it will properly display a viable country code for the vehicle.
Due to this inconsistency being still present the last time when you visited your dealer for TCU activation, the activation process was never actually completed entirely and the TCU was only partially active, but only able to connect to the GSM network. With this in mind, in order for the TCU to become completely functional, we would unfortunately have to ask if you can visit your dealership again for another TCU activation, which should work properly this time. Our apologies to have to ask for this, but only a Honda dealership would have the neccessay tools and authorised software to conduct the TCU activation for you.
Given the fact that you have never actually managed to use your subscriptions since you have requested them, we have also received approval from our management group for your packages to be completely reset and first owner complimentary flag will be reinstated for it's full duration so you can enjoy the entire complimentary period. In order for the process to be finalised and the packages activated, we would still need the TCU to be properly activated again by the dealership so all the missing data from before can be automatically populated by the system as part of the activation. Apologies once again for the inconvenience."
